We’re looking for an analyst who will help us work with data across different areas of marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with our performance and product marketing teams, our travel media project PSZhR, and other teams across the company.

At the start, you’ll work on a wide variety of tasks, from data quality checks and reporting improvements to smaller research projects and product analytics. That’s why we’re looking for someone who enjoys diving into different contexts and figuring things out.

We’re also open to data and product analysts without extensive marketing experience who are interested in developing their expertise in this area.

What you'll be doing:

  • working with data from different sources: checking data quality, investigating discrepancies, creating data aggregates, and helping integrate new data sources;
  • developing and maintaining our analytics infrastructure: working with dbt models, setting up tests and alerts, and ensuring the accuracy of key data and metrics;
  • maintaining and improving reporting for marketing teams: enhancing existing dashboards, validating calculations, automating reports, and setting up one-off data extracts;
  • helping different marketing teams with ad-hoc requests: building funnels and cohorts, analyzing user segments, calculating metrics, and conducting research;
  • working on tasks at the intersection of marketing and product: analyzing product funnel conversion and landing page performance, defining metrics for new launches, working with product events, and designing and running A/B tests;
  • over time, taking on more complex and large-scale analytics projects, such as evaluating the effectiveness of offline marketing activities;
  • communicating with internal stakeholders, helping them make sense of the data, and translating their questions into clear analytical tasks.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience as a data, product, or marketing analyst;
  • strong SQL skills, including JOINs, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, date manipulation, and the ability to understand and work with existing code;
  • Python skills sufficient for common analytics tasks, including pandas, NumPy, and basic data visualization;
  • strong data analysis skills: the ability to perform EDA, identify anomalies and discrepancies, validate data quality, and sanity-check results;
  • a basic understanding of DWH architecture and ETL processes; experience with dbt and Airflow is a plus;
  • knowledge of statistics and a solid understanding of A/B testing principles;
  • the ability to visualize data and work with BI tools;
  • an interest in marketing analytics and a willingness to learn the specifics of the domain;
  • the ability to switch between different tasks and contexts and independently get up to speed with new datasets and tools;
  • experience with Spark SQL / PySpark / R, as well as advertising platform data, is a plus.

How we work:

  • work from anywhere in the world: no location restrictions, salary paid in USD, travel-loving culture;
  • no bureaucracy: efficient processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion and decision-making;
  • benefits compensation: private medical insurance, psychotherapy or language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
